Israel Hits Iran’s State Broadcaster Complex in Tehran

(MENAFN) The Israeli military announced early Tuesday that it had carried out airstrikes on the complex housing Iran’s state broadcaster in Tehran, marking a new phase of operations over the capital.

According to a statement, Israeli air force jets, guided by intelligence, dropped dozens of munitions, targeting and destroying what the military described as a communications center within the compound. The army indicated it plans to continue striking infrastructure linked to “the Iranian regime” throughout Tehran.

Iranian media reported that two explosions were heard near the broadcaster’s facilities, with visible smoke rising from the area. The head of the state broadcaster confirmed that no fatalities or injuries were reported and that broadcasting services continued without interruption.
